Thanks for being an easy way to add flavour to food. We’re cooking more and more chinese meals these days and you’re the perfect accompaniment to all of them. Don’t ever change.

I would like to add my sincerest thanks to this open letter. I have been an avid supporter for some time (on all food but particularly on chips instead of salt and on boiled eggs).
Soy Sauce changed my life. I will add that I usually add Wasabi, so that I feel like I’m eating sushi every day.
Soy sauce on chips? I’ve never tried this but next time we have them I shall. Also, YAY for sushi 😀
